How many styles and designs do Halos come in?
We currently offer one style, which comes in two colors rich brown titanium and sleek gun metal. You can also select from two different sizes medium and large.
What are the benefits of having a polycarbonate lens?
Polycarbonate lenses are impact and shatter resistant as well as providing the lightest optical lens material available. All standard safety lenses are made with polycarbonate. Polycarbonate also blocks 100% of dangerous UV A and B radiation.
What is polarization?
Polarization is lens technology at its best. A polarized lens scientifically eliminates reflected glare coming off surfaces such as water, ice, snow, and highways. A non-polarized lens simply dims or alters light entering the eye whereas a polarized lens actually removes reflected light from the visual spectrum. Polarization provides the most visually "soothing" view attainable through optical lenses.
Can I order my Halos with a prescription?
Yes. Halos are available in single-vision (that means no bifocals) in your personal prescription determined by your eye doctor. An associate with Halo Sunwear Inc. will contact you within 48 hours to process your order. RX Halos cost $189 plus $5.95 for shipping and handling.
How do I care for my Halos?
For most effective cleaning, use the included Halo lens cleaner and Halo micro fiber cleaning cloth. If unavailable, warm soapy water and a soft cloth, like an old, clean, t-shirt will work just fine. Please avoid using paper products such as paper towels and tissues. Never use a shirt or tie to clean lenses.
On occasion, hinge screws may slightly loosen. Simply tighten them with the included repair kit key chain to your desired level of "tautness."
All eyeglasses and sunglasses may require slight adjustment to fit your particular face shape. We recommend that you use your special Halo 3 in 1 repair kit or alternatively visit your local optical shop who are always happy to offer “free adjustments” to ensure a custom fit.
Do Halos include a guarantee or warranty?
Yes, come with a 30-day money back guarantee. If for any reason you don’t like your Halos please return them for a full refund of your purchase price minus shipping and handling. Yes, we offer a warranty. Every pair of purchased comes with a lifetime warranty on the frames. If your frames break we will replace them for free minus shipping and handling fees.
Can you mail me additional information?
In order to keep our prices low, we have chosen not to print or mail out additional information. We have attempted to provide complete information about Halos in our TV advertisements and at this Web site. If you have questions about that are not answered here, please contact our Customer Care Center via email at customercare@halosunglasses.com. And remember, you can always return your product within 30 days for a full refund if you are not completely satisfied.

How long will it take you to ship my Halos?
U.S. orders are shipped either via USPS Priority Mail or via UPS. All orders should arrive within 2 to 4 weeks. We also provide rush delivery as a shipping option. Rush delivery takes 3-5 business days.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Please call customer service at 1-800-719-9882 to make a warranty claim.
What happens if my Halos are lost or stolen?
For $29.95 you can purchase our 3yr theft/loss protection plan. This entitles you to receive a new pair of Halos in the event that your original pair is lost, or stolen. If at anytime your Halos are stolen or misplaced we will send you a new pair no questions asked. To redeem the protection plan you must contact our Customer service department at 1-800-719-9882. Please note that a small shipping and handling fee will be applied to new Shipments.
